If you value safety, comfort and durability, do not use these people. Please go to literally anyone but these people. In my house I've had three things installed/repaired and every single thing has been done like absolute hot garbage. First photo is a gas leak they supposedly fixed. Second photo is huge backflow coming from the gas water heater vent and causing the anode caps to melt. Photos 3-6 are their idea of how to do duct work and a duct box on a central AC. Giant gaping holes all over the duct system. No starter collars. Nothing. The best part is that they won't stand by their work. These guys are pure amateurs. Then they say someone from the management team will reach out to you in 48 hours...still waiting for that a week later.

This is the second time we've had Casteel out, and Jeff Currie, our plumbing expert, was excellent. We had a leak and a water heater that needed to be replaced. He explained everything and left us with everything fixed and in perfect order. Casteel replaced our heater/AC 2 years ago, and today they delivered once again, the day of the call. We won't go to anyone else, and I recommend them to anyone looking for the best, fastest and most reliable work in the area.
