Initial call and inspection was done in a timley manner with the owner of company. He sent me a quote and emailed back saying the price was high. After about a month, I accepted the repair quote and called them back. Somebody reached out to me the next day and made plans for the repair date. A day prior to the repair day, I reached out to the gentleman to confirm the appointment. Never received a reply and when I called, he didn't answer. Canceled my activities because of the repair day, but was a no show. Wasted my time and my families time waiting on him. Called this company on the following business day in which was told somebody will be calling me about this issue. Had to call them 3 different times and still no call back. Don't waste your time with them because they will waste yours. If I could select zero stars, I would.
