We had a man by the name of Doug come in. The first time he came he was very respectful and didn't not even care my pitbull was barking at him he just petted her. The 2nd time he came where he actually did the work he was supposed to he was again very prompt, respectful, and generally just a very nice guy. He patched a giant hole in my bathroom perfectly and was in and out in about 20 minutes. I would definitly use their services again and will recommend.

Initial call and inspection was done in a timley manner with the owner of company. He sent me a quote and emailed back saying the price was high. After about a month, I accepted the repair quote and called them back. Somebody reached out to me the next day and made plans for the repair date. A day prior to the repair day, I reached out to the gentleman to confirm the appointment. Never received a reply and when I called, he didn't answer. Canceled my activities because of the repair day, but was a no show. Wasted my time and my families time waiting on him. Called this company on the following business day in which was told somebody will be calling me about this issue. Had to call them 3 different times and still no call back. Don't waste your time with them because they will waste yours. If I could select zero stars, I would. Mark was reasonable and his top priority was us being satisfied. We would do business again if we needed a handyman.
