We contacted several companies before settling on Impact to do our roof installation after the hail storm in May of '22. We are SO happy with our new roof and the job that the Impact crew did. They were professional and responsive and helped with any questions we had about the process (especially since we hadn't dealt with an insurance claim like this before). They identified rotting wood on the roof immediately and worked to fix the problem quickly during the install and kept us apprised on everything. From start to finish, Impact Roofing and Construction was a delight to work with -- a statement that I never thought that I would make about a roofing company. Taylor was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated with me throughout the process. The same can be said of Patrick. The crew was on time, courteous, and efficient. Once the job was finished, the crew stayed additional time to clean up the debris that remained. One of the things that impressed me most about the company was how efficiently everything was done, from start to finish. I called Taylor on a Tuesday and had the contract signed the same day. The following Monday, I paid my down payment for the work, and they had the materials delivered the very next day. The crew came two days later and had the whole roof finished in one day.
