My home warranty service chose this company to repair my AC. I was a bit worried when I saw the reviews but my experience was quite the contrary. They called me on the first available service day to schedule a time. I asked them if they could come out the same day if possible because my unit wouldn't turn off and they did just that. Called me later when they were on the way. Overall kept great contact. Plus I was very happy that the service technician (my apologies, I'm really bad with names) he took the time to actually explain how the part that broke works and answered my questions.
