I have used this company in the past and the technician was wonderful. I called several weeks ago to have someone come out again for routine maintenance. The man who answered the phone was not very helpful but stated someone would call me to schedule an appt but they never did. When I called back he said they were very busy. To me that is very poor customer service. I was an existing customer and they should have told me up front that they were too busy to help me and maybe recommend another company.
