I always get nervous when any work is done inside my house due to hardwood floors. The team showed up I told them about floors. Their response no prob Mr Johnson we will handle it. Sure enough put covering on floor and booties on their feet so wouldn't hurt floors. Got job completed. Tested unit. And boom done. Cleaned up everything like they weren't even there.
