Ace and team were very professional. Of course they did the typical upselling but the quality and neatness of their work spoke louder. You get what you pay for...higher price but better service. Thank you for a job well done!
Thank you so much for the exemplary service. Ace and his 2 associates came out to service our home and discovered there were major issues with our furnace. Ace took several pictures and walked through all of his findings and then provided our options. The team stayed overtime to ensure everything was completed with quality. Thank you so much, Ace!! We had our roof dryer vent cap replaced by MMI Home Improvement. Their response time was very quick and they arrived on time. There was a little problem with the cap after the initial replacement, however, they addressed the issue immediately and fixed it, proving them to be a reliable company that stands by its work.
