Erika Kight, the project manager for our roof, did a great job communicating and explaining everything to us. She explained why we needed a new roof, worked with our insurance company, and was always responsive to any questions we had and very easy to communicate with. The day of the build the crew was here bright and early and was very professional and did an incredible job and was done by the end of the day. We are very pleased with the outcome of our roof replacement. What a BIG difference, from our old 16 year roof. We selected the GAF Timberline HDZ Weathered Wood, and we absolutely LOVE it. Peachtree Restorations certainly delivered an awesome final product, and completed the installation, including a thorough clean up in one day. The insurance company was our biggest challenge causing multiple delays in the inspection and approval process. But finally we got it approved. Wells Walker and the Peachtree Restorations team handled our insurance claim process from beginning to end and consistently kept us informed on all appointments and claim facts. At first, our insurance company only approved for repairs, but with the help of their state licensed public adjuster, they were able to overturn our insurance company’s decision to full roof replacement. They did a truly exceptional job with our roof replacement, and their workmanship proves to be the best as we have the most beautiful roof on the block!!
