Yeah found them on nextdoor and they had stellar yelp and Google reviews ! Spencer Heating and Air ! Amazing. Great honest company ! We basically only had a battery corrosion problem and the hvac unit for heating was in great condition! They felt bad for just cleaning the corrosion on the thermostat , for the service fee of 89 bucks to come out .. so they did a check on the unit itself and replaced our air filter that we already had on hand at no additional charge ! Great company will definitely reuse them ! Honest and fare pricing ! Service: Thermostat repair

Loved my experience with Spencer Heating & Air. Starting with my first call. The explaition of service was friendly and professional. Both Andrew Parker and Sage Robinson were professional and took the time to update me on my Systems. Absolutely would recommend Spencer Heating and Air.

Wow. I can't say enough positive things. This is also coming from someone who is a harsh critic. When we moved into our suburban home from the city, almost immediately our furnace was seemingly on its last life. We had a gimmick "home warranty" which left us with a lot of highly inexperienced and unprofessional individuals coming in and out of our house to attempt to resolve the matter. We then decided to find a trusted company and interviewed 4 local HVAC companies that were highly recommended by neighbors. The reason we went with Spencer was because of our first engagement with Jay - he was very experienced and incredibly friendly and professional. He had been working with Spencer for over 20 years and had only positive things to say about his employers. We ultimately had to replace our furnace, and the quote was in the middle/low end of the 4 other quotes we received.
