Parsons roofing has great customer service. They are willing to go above and beyond to make a customer happy. Jay has been very professional throughout my experience with the company and has been a pleasure to work with. Jake was also very professional and even called me to check in, days after the originally schedule workday, to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Overall, I must say Parsons has exceeded my expectations and have helped to make me a very happy customer.

Parsons applied a silicone roof to our commercial building. They did a fantastic job with it. We notice a huge difference in the heat in the warehouse. We had a couple of small leaks, which we honestly expected given the age and size of the roof, but they came out within a couple days and patched them. I have recommended them to a couple of other building managers we know because it makes so much more sense than elastomeric products.

I had the pleasure to work with Parson’s roofing on a commercial roof leak that was persistent after many failed repairs. Micheal was my point of contact and I couldn’t be happier with the service, professionalism, and prompt communication the whole way through, he did a fantastic job. They did great work on the repair as well, all in a timely manner. I will definitely be using them again for other repairs down the road.
