Parsons roofing has great customer service. They are willing to go above and beyond to make a customer happy. Jay has been very professional throughout my experience with the company and has been a pleasure to work with. Jake was also very professional and even called me to check in, days after the originally schedule workday, to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Overall, I must say Parsons has exceeded my expectations and have helped to make me a very happy customer.

I was extremely pleased from start to finish with Parsons Roofing. Internal building diagnostic was extremely thorough to determine where the leaks originated. Technician was timely, professional, and knowledgeable. Detailed roof pictures were presented to explain damage. Repair technicians were extremely professional and punctual. Repairs were completed in a day and again photos were provided to show all of the repairs. Account Manager, Michael Carsley ensured that all questions were answered and that the repairs were completed to my satisfaction.
