I requested a service they told me that if I want it on the same day it will be 179 if I wait until Monday it will be no charge. Since I thought it was urgent I decided to pay 179, the floor in the house was wet so we suspected one of the pipes was broken. When they arrived they saw that and said they have to rip the floor, I told them they can go underneath the house without doing ripping. The man said he is too big to fit in there so they supposed to send a person that fits in there. In Monday they arrive and ask $172 to get in there. I said no because I already paid 179 and he didn’t do anything and it was a follow up. He said no this is diferente because$179 was for Friday visit. And they charge just to knock at your door even if they didn’t do a diagnostic. I said I didn’t requested to pay for someone ringing my bell but for someone to make a diagnosis. Well they keep the position so I have a charge of $179 for a man ringing my bell Service: Plumbing leak detection
