Leanna processed my initial telephone order and patiently listened to my needs/concerns and asked questions to determine the best order fulfillment (one or two guys, etc) - that was Monday and the guys came out today Thursday. Van and Bobby were assigned to replace my DECK POSTS that had been destroyed by bugs. They arrived separately but on time, were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I liked how Van evaluated my whole deck and explained the steps required to make the repairs. I will have an additional deck repair next week and requested Van and Bobby to return. Ace Handyman NW is amazing! I had two pedestals that needed to be replaced with vanities and a faucet replacement. At first one vanity top was cracked and couldn't be delivered on time. They were very accommodating. Leanna was patient and professional, she worked with me and scheduled a second service without charging me the service fee. Van Risley came to do the work. The estimate he gave us was accurate, and the quality of his work is great! Highly recommend and will definitely use their services again!
