Serge was very responsive from the beginning. His bid was also very reasonable and he does not nickel and dime you-- he's willing to make some changes and additions here and there. His crew started almost immediately and worked very quickly. They consistently showed up on time and worked full days. We were happy with the quality of the work as well. Our finished basement looks beautiful!
They have an amazing team at HRC. Very prompt and professional communication, availability at all hours of the day via text and phone, tons of patience (this whole process was new to us!), and overall an amazing finished product. Serge was our project manager and his crew that competed for all of the work. Would recommend these guys with confidence.
