We have used Bob (and his team) several teams over the past three years for a variety of jobs - annual maintenance, an AC repair, and an AC replacement. Each time the response is almost instant and the appointments are kept promptly. The latest time was the AC replacement/installation - Bob came out the day after I contacted him and was able to arrange the installation of the unit, improvements to the ductwork, and installation of a new thermostat THE NEXT DAY. Two days to get a complete AC replacement with upgrades. Incredible. Bob communicates clearly, has tons of knowledge, and has always exceeded our expectations.
