After our roof was severely damaged by strong wind in March 2023, we tried to find a roof company to have an emergency service. We researched on Google and contacted Mr. Roof and Andes Roof, but they did not have any available time till in the mid‐April. Luckily, Eclipse was able to make arrangement to perform the emergency service 3 days later. Thus, we contracted Eclipse to perform the job of roof restoration and gave the authorization to Mr. James Reynolds, the president of Eclipse, for dealing with our homeowner insurance company regarding the roof restoration. The time for process of claim was longer than we expected due to the toughness of the insurance company and Mr. Reynolds had made great effort to fight for us to get what the insured homeowner deserves although the insurance company was finally agreed on most of the items needed for a new rood replacement project.
