Today my main sewage line suddenly backed up in my house. Tarell, with roto-rooter, arrived soon after I placed my call for help. He was very professional, yet friendly, immediately explaining to me the scope of work and the cost to correct the situation. As he worked, he kept me updated throughout the process. He was careful, thorough, efficient, kept his work area clean, and then cleaned/sanitized the entire work area after he finished. I would DEFINITELY use roto-rooter again and specifically request him as the technician!
Great service technician (Al), friendly and informative, smooth process from estimate to repair to cleanup. Good price. Much appreciated!
