Tech was on time, knowledgeable, communicated discrepancies and pricing very quickly, conducted himself very professionally, and was overall pleasant to interact with. Pricing is out of his control, but he did everything he could to get us the best discount and educate us on how to help our system run at peak efficiency to help save money. A delayed review from December. Had the pleasure working with Wyatt Grant & Zac. They did an amazing job on my air conditioner. They diagnosed and fixed the problem of why it wasn't heating. Also saved me a couple of bucks by getting me on their maintenance plan. Overall they were on time, communicated well, and fix the problem before the Christmas break. Great job and would highly recommend Air Therm because of them.
