Can't review their work unfortunately because scheduling was a total let down. Called for a bathtub drain repair that was leaking for a rental property, earliest they had available was two days later and said they'd be here in the afternoon, I took it, waited two days. At 8am the morning of the appointment that was supposed to be in the afternoon I get a call from dispatcher saying the plumber is on his way that he'll be at the property in 5 minutes.. I was told it would be the afternoon, so I explained that I cannot just walk into my tenant's apartment at 8am unannounced, so they said they'd call me again in the afternoon and let me know what time they'd be here. Then around 1pm they call me, no advance notice saying the plumber would be at the property in 3 minutes, That's not much of a "heads up". I asked if he could come at 2:30, just 30 minutes later, she says sure.....4 hours passed by nobody called back, nobody showed up, nobody had the decency to tell me they were no longer c

I am a stickler for promptness so I appreciated the 15 minute callout and the technician was very friendly and helpful to explain what was needed. The price was not outrageous.

Initially I was really looking forward to future business with this company, I have a few jobs in the house that need done. They called me back and came to see the problem with my sink right away. The faucet on my hot water broke off, and I wasn't sure if they could replace just the hot water faucet itself or if I would need a whole new faucet kit all together. The lady that answered said they would come out to see if I would need a new one or if they could fix it, she didn't say anything about a service charge for that. The guy that came out said I would need a new faucet kit. I called the lady back and asked how much it would cost for them to install it, she said they charge $95.00/hr. With a 1 hr. Minimum charge. No problem. I agreed. It didn't even take an hour for the guy to fix it. I got a bill for $149.00. So I called to see what the deal was, I was told it was going to be $95.
