THIS COMPANY IS JOKE! And money scamming! If I could give them a quarter of a star I would. Im really confused how this company has 4.9 stars with over 1k reviews. Seems sketchy to me seeing as though I’ve been a client with them for 3 years now spent 12k on new hvac systems just for them to continue breaking 2-3 years in. Most recently had my upstairs system break after having my downstairs unit break continuously and it be “fixed” still barley keeps the downstairs to set temp but everything is “fixed.” I’ve given them chance after chance after chance solely because they installed the systems and I have them maintained by them for warranty purposes. Plus they have record of everything that’s been done to the units over the years so it makes it easier for when they come the next time to see what’s been done previously. This time I’ve had enough. For over 3 years now, since they first installed my new systems, CANADY'S Heating and Air has been nothing shy of phenomenal. They have an incredible staff beginning with the ladies that answer the phone to the professionals who come in to my home. Making an appointment to fit my crazy schedule is easy. They stay in contact with us and are on time every time. Their technicians keep us informed throughout their time in our home and are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Today - Cory even helped us carry in our groceries from Kroger home delivery. I would recommend Canady's to anyone at anytime.

They did come out and the staff was friendly and thorough. My only problem is the amount I was charged for them to come out and inflate the price of a fan motor and it not actually being the issue that would resolve the problem and get the AC working correctly so that my disabled mom wasn't put in harms way because of the heat. The actual cost of the fan motor was 160 and I was going to be charged 1200 to 1600 just for the fan to be replaced but that wasn't the problem that would have fixed it. Now I'm out the service call fee of 89 and the 160 for the fan motor and still have no AC. And because I am on an extremely tight budget because of my health issues as well as my mom's we are trying to figure out how to get by until we can get it done.
