Wesley Witt and staff has always been very helpful and honest! They service my house on a semi-annual basis and we get nothing but the best service :)
Technician was skilled, considerate and courteous. He made sure to maintain social distancing, explained his work, and answered our questions.
I called Mr. Witt about condensation that, was discovered in my bedroom closet. He (not only checked my units), but he also checked them both for leaks, and serviced the units. Mr. Witt went the extra mile, and walked the perimeter of my residence, see we had a substantial amount of rain, the week prior), and the side of the house that the moisture seeped into, was where my closet is located. Mr. Witt pointed out to me that water could have gotten into the lower weep holes. Well as it turns out, I have installed a rain gutter....... Problem solved! Thank you Mr. Witt!
