Aaron and his team were great. They did the gutters on the front of the house… Over the porch, carport, and down the side of the house. I initially asked for a french drain, which ultimately became a dry well filled with 3 tons of crushed stone, to accommodate the volume of water and to meet the expectations I had in my head. The team adjusted to the upscale of my ask, and a modest adjustment to the costs was discussed and agreed upon. In the beginning, there were some minor delays due to materials and delivery, etc… but that has been common everywhere, for everything. In the end, everyone was happy… Customer and contractor. Aaron was happy to come out and inspect the garage flashing and look for water damage. He determined that his crew could make the necessary repairs. Aaron provided a fair quote with a contract and scope of work. When the crew arrived to make the repairs they took great care removing the flashing and all rotted wood. They took pictures along the way to document the process. They replaced the rotted wood, reassembled all flashing back the way it was and left a clean area. The crew was polite and worked diligently. I was very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Aaron and his team to perform any roofing or exterior wood work.
