Nothing to complain about here! We bought a 30 y/o house with a 16 y/o HVAC system last year. SAF saved the day in August with an expedited and affordable AC repair. We opted for a maintenance contract and have been impressed both times their techs visited. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Had my A/C go out suddenly this summer and I was very concerned about my (already very fluffy and cold-loving) dog’s health and safety. I called multiple companies with “emergency numbers” who either didn’t answer or respond, or promised an appointment a week away. Savannah Air Factory immediately called me back, and was at my house within maybe two hours of the first call. The tech was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem, and was very communicative and thorough the whole time. I wish I could remember his name, but whichever tech was on call this weekend was a huge part of this 5 star rating.
