Thomas and Shawn were both knowledgeable and helpful today during my hvac service. Everything was discussed prior to them completing the work and it was a seemingly great experience! Chris and Marco came out and installed our new Trane HVAC unit On time and professional. Protected our house and kept everything cleaned. Did just as we asked and made the change out without problems. Kyle is a savior. Really! A/C out on a Friday before holiday. 85 degrees inside home and 63 percent humidity. He walked in, introduced himself and went to work. Explained to me what he was doing, went through a series of troubleshooting and testing found the problem and fixed it all before 430pm. Super nice, very respectful. I am thankful I called at 630am and they were able to get out to me the same day and fix the unit. Thank you Old South. :) Service: A/C system maintenance
