I appreciated that the man they sent was very knowledgeable and able to explain to me all about my situation, what he was going to do to have everything up and running and steps that could be taken to keep everything in working order. He was professional and courteous in doing all he said and had my problem fixed, my unit up and running just as he said. He explained everything he did, gave me space for questions that he was able to answer to my satisfaction. I am extremely satisfied with his visit and success in bringing my unit back on line and working fine. I highly recommend this company and their service, top notch. Outstanding customer service. Found significant issues with our 7 year old HVAC. We decided to upgrade and go with a new system. We also found with more energy efficient system we qualified for a GA Power rebate and possibly a rate reduction. Old Coast also provided us with a temporary a/c unit for our bedroom so we could stay in our home with 90* + outside temps. Basically $135 to come out and give a quote, had to call back to get the quote and the quote was outrageous, $500 to top off refrigerant, had someone else come out and had all repairs completed same day for less than $200 total including the call, also adjusted fan speed and measured air flows.
