Technician Ray Allen arrived at my residence on time early in the morning. Was able to explain the issues in layman terms so that I could understand and also the steps that he would take in order to find exactly where my problem was. Within a half hour he discovered a clogged where I didn't even know we had one outside the house which was causing all of the issues. He was able to clear all pipes right to the street. I was impressed that he patiently waited while we ran the laundry machines as well as the dishwashers to make sure that all the drains were clear.
