Tri-Star Heating Air & Plumbing

We use Tri-Star for both of our offices and could not be happier. They continue to go out of their way to make sure our buildings are properly maintained as well as quick to respond when there is any issue. The service techs are friendly and very knowledgeable! After reading reviews and getting some estimates, we selected TriStar. We are very pleased with everything. Starting with person who answers the phone and sets up the appointments, then Lance (who gave us the estimate) and ending with Trevor and Bubba who came and did the work. Quick, efficient, clean (placing rugs down because it was raining) and quite (surprising since it was duct work) It is also nice to see employees who work well together-they really do have "team!" We had a slight issue with one vent a few days later-they came back quickly and are coming back soon to adjust a few things. Great team, good company. Will be using them again as we do more upgrades/maintenance to our home.
