I inquired about an estimate for an addition on my house. Brandon, the owner, came out to look at our house on a Wednesday. He told us we would get a quote the following Monday. It's been a month and I haven't received a quote. I called three times to see where my estimate was. The first time I was told they would ask about it and call me back. Never heard from them. The second time I left a voicemail and never got a call back. Third time I called they knew who I was and that I was waiting on my quote. I was told I'd get it that afternoon... definitely did not get it. I don't mind if it takes a bit longer than expected. But communicate that with me. Don't tell me you'll call me back and then not do it. The communication with this company was terrible, and it makes me question how well they would communicate with me during the construction process.

From the beginning everyone was very helpful. Branden was professional and understanding. They were willing to work with my situation and were very genuine. Upon arrival for the job, they were quick and did a great job on the roof. Everything done in a timely manner. Clean up was very thourough nothing was left on the floor or any part of the property. Awesome job!!! Chris and Brandon were very responsive and on time. They made the process super easy with working with the insurance company, product selection, scheduling and installation. After completion it looked like the team was never there other than the beautiful new roof. They also do more than just roofs, they also installed much needed new siding and facia.
