Vincent arrived on time, with phone call 20 minutes before he arrived advising on the way to our home. Professional, respectful and he explained in detail what was needed, cost and asked if we had any questions and our permission to do the needed repairs. We will use Appliance Magic in the future. I have good things to say about Appliance Magic. My repair didn't go smoothly at all but their tech, Vince, remained professional and diligent. Since the repair process was more involved than expected, I was given a discount on one of the parts. That was a consideration that wasn't necessary but appreciated.
