Pruett Air Conditioning

I highly recommend Jose from pruett. He was here until almost 11 pm making sure we had air. He was so kind and polite I’ll definitely be requesting him for our future needs. He also swept up the mess he made even though he didn’t have to.

First, I was Impressed with the customer service representative who answered the phone. She actually was polite and seem concerned about my predicament. I had made calls earlier that morning and she was the first person who was polite. I was so impressed that I called back to thank her for her professionalism. Next I received an appointment for the same day and an installation for two days later! Jeremy was very professional, gave me the options that I needed and set up the install for two days later. Unfortunately, about two weeks later, there was an issue with the thermostat. I called the company and explained what was going on and within two hours a representative was here and corrected the issue. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

The installers were very knowledgeable and professional. They also were very personable. They completed our installation in a timely fashion and left a clean worksite. We are very happy with our new system and with Pruett HVAC. We would recommend them to everyone and use them again in the future. Service: HVAC system repair
