Our AC stopped working, and temperatures went up to 85+ degrees. We waited an entire night and day for another company to simply call us back to schedule a service. After the 4th call to them, their dispatcher told us that their on-call technician had received our message each time we called. Since we clearly weren’t valuable customers to this other company, we turned to Reece Heating and Air. Bobby came out within an hour of our call, at night, on a holiday, in the driving rain and flashing lightning. He is a shining example of customer service and we cannot thank him enough.
