We used Haleakala for both water and PV and have been very happy with their service. They are responsive and quick to remediate issues.
Very poor service, solar PV system...In and outof bankrupcy, long delays. Not a reliable company. Once finally installed seems ok, but equipment problems after less than 1 year.
This is a fraudulent company. They closed shop on kaua'i and now refuse to warranty any work they have done here. They had no problem taking the money of local people kaua'i. Terrible service, incomplete installation and now no warranty for any of their products. How is this company allowed to do business in the state of Hawaii? Called their office in Oahu and the lady said "too bad you're out of luck ". The BBB and the state of Hawaii should investigate their fraudulent business practices.
