The technician was able to get it issue resolved on short notice. It cost $544 to replace this cold water valve under our sink. There wasn't a clear way to isolate the water supply despite turning it off, line was still energized. We leaned on their abilities to resolve issue and provide a 1 yr warranty for the work. Would recommend!! Andrea the dispatcher was kind and considerate and Daniel was professional through and through!

Kitchen sink plumbing was a wreck and garbage disposal was leaking, drain line was clogged and backing up into sink. They were on time, very friendly and professional, cleared the drain, installed a new garbage disposal and rebuilt the plumbing system. It looks so amazing!!! My husband and I are happy customers of Allens Plumbing. Daniel from Allens Plumbing came to Kailua last week to perform a sewer scope for us on a house that we are purchasing. Daniel was well-prepared and arrived with a big smile. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. We walked through the issue and he respectfully described the options and costs, always thinking about the best solution and the lowest expense. The job had a few roadblocks that made it unique. Daniel's problem-solving skills are exemplary, and he found ways to save us money, both on the current job and for the future.
