I love Diamond Head Plumbing. I have a rental unit in Honolulu where our tenant had toilet leaking problem. I donʻt have a lot of knowledge for repairs. One of the staff explained so well on the phone. I remember talking to Cooper. He is superb! The work was done well and the repair did not take long, meaning we paid as we had expected during the initial phone conversation. We had a leak in our automatic sprinkler system. Chris was able to locate it, dig up the effected area and repair the problem. They were on time and went right to work. I was refereed to them by a friend after telling them I had tried to get someone to come find and fix the problem and not have them either call back or show up. Diamond head Plumbing answered the phone so I was able to speak with them and they set up the appointment. They sent a text telling me that Chris was on his way and he showed up on time. Hopefully I will not be needing any further repairs but I would use them again if I did.
