Well I have had solar installed on my house and it has been 16 weeks and nobody has come to actually turn it on. So I have a very expensive paper weight on my roof. Calls are not returned promptly and I have gotten to the point of hounding the organization for a call back. The permit was pulled on 5/2022. Seems a bit long to complete a project as it is now 1/2023. I believe the goal here is to redefine the term "delinquency" If you are considering this organization request a contract that states compensation for missing target dates. I do understand there are items that come up during the assessment that need to be addressed. This is expected. I refer to the stalling of getting that assessment scheduled. A one one week wait time became 16 weeks. On top of that they started to point fingers at the region electric company, who by the way haven't even been involved yet. I love my solar system. It is top-notch. Bill S. is an excellent salesperson. Had a few issues with my overzealous HOA and Revolusun handled it professionally. Great team of people. I felt like they really took care of me and are saving me thousands of $$$ a year on HECO bills.
