My car wouldn't go above 10mph and we took it somewhere else first. The first place suspected it was an electrical issue and recommended Wayne's. Turns out it was a super simple fix and we were only charged an hour's worth of labor. Very professional and honest.
I came in with a weird electrical issue. My car was fixed far faster than I expected and at a very reasonable cost. I would absolutely recommend this shop.
This place obviously didn't want my money. After I was referred here from an outside source. I came in with a question and an older lady walked up to me with a bad attitude. I only wanted an estimate to replace my headlights. I don't think she spoke English well, but instead a tech assisted. They are very undermanned and don't have available customer parking, so instead I pulled into the garage instead. Worst 1st impression. I wouldn't come here again. ????
