Charles made a trip to my house outside of normal working hours and was great from the moment he walked in. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly! Not only did I learn a lot, but I was very satisfied with the work he completed. Now that my sump pump is working again, I’m already making a list of other things I want him to do down the road for me!
Charles is very knowledgeable and friendly. He was great at working with me to incorporate my ideas and preferences into my project, while offering his professional advice on what would work best. Right on schedule, and right on budget! And, he lives in my neighborhood... shop local!
