We had some hiccups with the roofing crew and them not keeping promises. As well as having our main guy changed 3 separate times. Fortunately, when those concerns were brought to Legacy’s attention, things were made right in a big way. The big boss came out and cleaned up what mess he could, scheduled a repair on a spot that wasn’t done by original crew and they sent the CUTEST basket as an apology. Extremely impressed with how things were handled throughout even with the hiccups. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Not to mention, our roof looks AMAZING!!

We hired Legacy Restoration to replace our roof because of some storm damage. The service rep they sent out was Joe Berg and Joe was wonderful to work with. He was very professional, always answered his phone when we called him and always explained any questions we had. He even stopped by our house one night after he got off work to answer a question we had and to make sure we were happy with the work being performed. Legacy did a great job of replacing our roof. They were on time every day, performed the work needed and did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day. And best of all, Legacy worked with our insurance company to set a price for replacing our roof. We just initiated the claim and Legacy took it from there.
