The Salesman was late, and when he got to my house he reeked of booze. He said he would have an estimate for me in 2 weeks, but I have yet to hear anything. He came to my house Feb 8th. I even saw the company at The Home Show and told them I hadn’t heard back … they didn’t seem to care. What a joke and a complete waste of my time.

Great Experience from start to finish. I called based on high reviews on Google and was not disappointed. From the first call to the billing process this team was very responsive to my questions and requests. I had several changes added during and after quoting and everything was addressed. All changes were taken by the rep in stride and no negatives came from them. The crew on the roof were pleasant and worked around our dogs in the yard. Office responses were great and I never had to wait more than 2 days for feedback from questions I had. I plan on this roof lasting a long time, but would gladly use them again if needed. Green Valley Roofing is fantastic. I had other bids for the job,and Green Valley estimated the same price, however, lthey went above and beyond to secure other loose shingles. They have replaced my roof twice since 2007 due to storms and have made numerous trips here over the years to fix shingles here and there from storms at no charge.
