Commercial General Contractors steer clear - Called in to get a work order completed to install 4 insta-hots in the Restrooms of our big box client and was told, "we don't work with third parties". Unless you are doing design build, that is most commercial GCs.

If I could give minus star rating I would. Use this business at your own peril. The company itself might be OK, but the repairman sent obviously had limited knowledge of furnace repair. Told me it needed a part that cost $215. Installed part then said that was not the problem. Took my entire furnace apart and "tried" 3 or 4 other things. (Don't know what was going on because I am disabled and couldn't go down to the basement}. 6 hours later he finally gave up and said it is running now. (By this time it is 7:20 pm). Said he'd be back in the morning. In the morning I asked for someone else because I had no confidence in the first. Another guy came out and did additional work for about an hour. No one ever told me what the problem was. ( I know what they charged me for). When I got the bill I was charged $215 for part I was told was not the problem. (Plus the labor to install it). In the end I was charged $200 more than they told me it would be. So, maybe they should vet their repairme
