Always an Excellent experience! Work is done right, fast, and with a helpful smile.
He had an initial look at a nightmare of lead, copper and cast iron a toilet. He was fast, efficient and honest with his assessment of the situation. Might end up going a different way, but even in our brief encounter he honest and thorough. Only 4 stars, because I cannot speak to the work, but if it is anything like his initial inspection and estimate, should be good.
Excellent work in a timely manner. Extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Thank you so much for the back-flow preventer and the bathroom remodel work. No doubt will call for all our future needs.
