We hired Koehler Electric to add a sub panel and do a ton of other random electrical work around the house we bought. Hiring Koehler Electric was without a doubt the best decision we could have ever made! Everyone we have spoken to and dealt with has been wonderful. Kevin, Lesley, and Brian answered all our questions in a very professional manner and made sure that we got the right work done on our new house and saved us a ton of money in the process. They were great at giving advise, doing the quote, and getting everything scheduled. Brent, David, and Nick were all great with doing the actual electrical work that needed to be done. Some changes had to be made to the work being done as the process moved along and each change was explained to us and options given as well as a suggested solution that would best fit for what we needed. So I hired Koehler Electric to install an exterior plug for my RV. Instead he installed the type of plug you'd use for a washing machine, which is DANGEROUS. It ended up blowing the fuses in the rv and several appliances were permanently damaged. As he was packing up to leave, I noticed that the rv was still not getting powered. So I had to Google the issues and showed it to him before he left in order to get it wired properly, to which he responded that he spaced and then finally fixed it. We were charged over 300 for an exterior plug, which I had to google how to fix while I'm paying a professional and now I have to replace some rv appliances which aren't cheap. I'll also have to bring it into an rv service tech just to make sure I'm safe. I thought I'd give my self a few weeks to cool down before reviewing, but the more research I do, the more DANGEROUS I realize the situation was.

Contacted this company for a quote on a home generator they came out to do there survey said it would be about 2 week to get the estimate to me. It's been over 5 weeks and still no word. I will not use them now if it was given to me.
