I have never in my life left a business a bad review. And I hate to do this , But they waited 2 weeks to turn in our service report to our warranty, which resulted in it getting denied. And my warranty then said I couldn't get a second opinion because it was past the 7 day limit. I did end up getting my warranty to send us a different company and my warranty is now paying 90% of the repairs. This company almost cost me thousands of dollars from their incompetence. Not to mention the 2 weeks we've been out of ac. Service: A/C system repair
12/19/22 I've been doing business with this company for about 6 yrs. I purchase the annual maintenance pkg. I feel the company should call me to schedule the fall appt, but instead I had to call them after not hearing from them by November. The tech Dennis is super nice and very knowledgeable. I feel they can improve on communication and organization. Services: Cleaning, Heating system maintenance
I had 4 companies in my home to provide me with an estimate. BEST was the only one that showed up on time. BEST was the only company that provided me with 3 different quotes based on efficiency. Garett who was my contact with BEST handled my rebates for me. He was very nice and understood we were not made of money. He even trimmed some bushes for me to make room for the new A/C.
