I scheduled an appointment for a technician to come replace our storm door. I was told the appointment would be one week later on Thursday, June 27 at 3P. We made arrangements for my husband to be home. At 3:30P no one had arrived and I called to inquire if they were running late. I was told they would call the owner to see and call me back. 45 minutes later, when no one had called me, I called back and was told they didn’t know what happened and could we reschedule. I asked for the first available as we had already waited a week. I was told that one of their new technicians would come Friday, June 28 between 1-3P. He would be replacing a motor prior to this time which can vary how long it takes so he would call when he was headed over. At 3:15P on Friday, we had received no call and no technician had shown up. Again, I called into Citywide and was told that they would call him and call me back with the estimated time. No one ever called. I called them back four times and left
