Our drain was clogged at 11 a.m., rendering all of our plumbing fixtures (toilets, sinks, showers, etc.) useless, so we called these guys. Within minutes of our initial distress call, a representative from their company called us back to let us know when to anticipate their staff to come. Two technicians arrived at the scene in under two hours, just as promised. They quickly pinpointed the exterior drain area where the problem was occurring, provided an explanation of the problem and its solution, and finally emptied the drain (no easy feat!). The problem was fixed, and a video inspection by a second professional revealed why and how the clog had formed in the first place. Every single one of their workers was kind, knowledgeable, and careful around our home. Very well done, whoever did the plumbing! The Thermostat wasn't providing power to our swamp cooler. To get to the bottom of the power outage, I contacted several local businesses in search of an electrician. Although the thermostat is linked to a swamp cooler, the real problem doesn't call for an HVAC technician, a fact that other companies didn't seem to grasp. Heating, Cooling, and Electric listened to my problems and sent out the appropriate repairman when I called them. Nick arrived on time, was honest about the costs and scope of the work, and identified the problem with the wiring right away. He fixed the problems, making my house safer, and he got our swamp cooler working again. The repair was quick and easy, so please thank the plumbers who helped.

Regular pipe maintenance, clearing tree roots from sewage lines, and recent water heater repairs. They provide excellent customer service all around, are reasonably priced, and are always on time. If you're unsure of who to call or trust, I recommend picking these folks.
