Zed Construction LLC / Handyman Services

Zed worked with me to tear down an old fire escape and get a new fire escape up. He was great at working with the city on getting permits and building the new one to proper code. He took down the old one in the middle of December and cleaned up all the mess. After several issues with the city, he got the permits and had the new one built within a week. His work was done very quick and to standards higher than required by the city. All of this in January! Zed was great at communicating with me and kept me filled in throughout the process. He cleaned up all of the mess perfectly and was a relief to work with compared to other contractors. I highly recommend. Service: General construction

We have a 100 year old building and most companies would either decline to work on it or would quote a very high price! Zed not only wanted the job, but was knowledgeable about how to work on a building this old! When he says he will do something, he will do it! We added an accessible entry as well as dug out and waterproofed a 60 foot wall 10 feet deep and it was all done better than we thought it could be! Thank you, Zed! Service: General construction

I needed a list of repairs completed from a City inspection. I needed the project completed in a timely manner. Zed’s Construction responded immediately to my call, quoting project and starting project. Zed’s was able to complete a wide variety of speciality’s such as plumbing, electrical, drywall repair installation and painting and list of misc tasked. Using one contractor vs a contractor for each trade was a big time saver! I couldn’t be happier with Zed’s response, expertise and work completed.
