Johnathan was very kind and knowledgeable, but he used my bathroom hand towel to clean up water that spilled on the floor and left a piece of the old toilet guts on my counter top. Not a huge deal but I didn’t appreciate it. Felt a little over priced but not awful…kind wished I had shopped around for a plumber more. It was easy to schedule an appointment and he was on time. First time using Lazer for AC maintenance, and I was blown away. 10/10. Aron determined the ceiling fan wasn’t wired correctly and the remote battery was dead. He fixed the wiring and ordered new batteries. He came back a week later to replace the battery and reset the fan remote. He was very nice and I appreciated he took the initiative on the batteries. It is nice to have light and fan again!
