Rogers Septic Maintenance & Repair

Rogers Septic is a top notch local company with excellent customer service and quality work ethic. They replaced our entire septic tank, pump tank and pump last fall. A couple surprises didn't deter their quality of work to do the job right. They even sent someone out this spring to help by showing us how to complete a maintenance task we can do ourselves. This company came highly recommend from everyone we talked too. They had done my son's septic as well. They didn't disappointed that's for sure. Called asking for price range on septic clean up and the fee for gallon dump, but the lady who answered the phone kept directing me to their website to click on pictures in order to get any information. She refused to provide any information or schedule an appointment for a evaluation. Horrible customer service experience. Ended up contacting Bob's Septic, they provided all of the information I needed and was able to make an appointment for Septic Clean up the very same week. The only good reason I contacted Rogers Septic, is because they were highly recommended by my neighbors.
