Alex was able to chat with me on the phone to dictate exactly what kind of service I needed, and then scheduled me promptly. I had a jam packed lateral system that he and the septic company weren't sure it could be removed, but he was able to get it clear and save me a lot of money. I would recommend him to anyone that needs rootering service. UPDATE: A year later I had backing up into our house. I called Alex in the morning and he chatted through it with me.
