Was at our home promptly on a Saturday - Christmas Eve, even. He was professional and courteous even as our reported "burst pipe" slowly revealed itself to be 4 burst pipes. Even stuck around to help thaw the other pipes nearby to make sure we wouldn't need them fixed, too! His price was extremely fair. Highly, highly recommended! John is a very knowledgeable plumber that knows how to get the job done right the first time. He is very responsive as he came out to our house the day we called him. He is honest, won't over charge, and explains the reasoning behind what needs to be done. Best plumber experience by far and would recommend him to everyone.
