It was a hard two day job, and they were excellent. From the receptionist, the guys digging and the owners! They took the time needed for clean up and landscaping back to original. They knew all the city and county inspecters that came to the site. Inspecters shared their compliments of them also. Very pleased.

A lot of people say "if I could rank someone more than a 5 I would!" I have never said that until Torgerson did work for me. If there were a 10 rating I would give it to them. Wonderful staff, from the first to the last! Fast and very skilled. They had to pull a new water line from inside house to street and did it in less than 5 hours. Perfect work! Cleaned up very nicely. Will highly recommend to anyone that asks.

Torgerson is a horrible company that prefers a bandaid fix than actually fixing the problem. I've had sewer line insurance through HomeServe since I bought my house in 2014. My sewer line has backed up multiple times a year since 2014. Torgerson has been to my house a dozen times and said "it's just the way it is" or "you just need to get jetted ever couple months", etc. When there is regular feces in someone's home, that is never an acceptable answer. After the frequency increased to every 2 months I finally requested that my insurance send a different company. The new company came with a camera and found over 5 breaks in my sewer line and said these breaks have been there for years. He ordered a whole new sewer line after one visit. Torgerson has made my first homeowner experience miserable as you can imagine what it's like to have feces in your basement multiple times a year. On top of all of this, the man who came to my house and lied to me for over 6 years has damaged my basement
