Torgerson Excavating INC

It was a hard two day job, and they were excellent. From the receptionist, the guys digging and the owners! They took the time needed for clean up and landscaping back to original. They knew all the city and county inspecters that came to the site. Inspecters shared their compliments of them also. Very pleased.

Craig and all the guys at Torgerson Excavating are great! Our water service line broke and we were completely without water! They worked to move us up in their schedule and complete the job as quickly as possible. They are professional, prompt and got the job done.

We noticed water draining out of our front yard this past Tuesday night.. Water main break/leak. We use HomeServe for protection/coverage so I called them Wednesday morning and they said someone would call me within an hour. (They use different contractors/companies including Torgerson Excavating.) HomeServe called me 2 hours later asking if anyone from Torgerson Excavating had called me. I said no. They said they would contact them again to call me right away. I finally got a call from, I think her name was Rachel, with Torgerson Excavating about an hour later. She said the earliest they could come was Friday at 10am. I explained our situation and that the water leaking from our front yard is going right down our driveway and into our neighbor's yard (which would piss me off) and asked if there was any way they could come before Friday. She showed no empathy and basically said in her own way that she doesn't care and it isn't her problem. Her exact response, "We only have one technici
