I called regarding our AC unit and customer service was exceptional. He answered all my questions and they were able to get someone out same day. Staaci and Adam showed up within an hour of my calling and were wonderful to work with. They explained everything in detail and gave me an honest opinion. They were both wonderful. Jason was very thorough during his inspection of our HVAC system. He took pictures and walked me through what he saw. Didn’t try to upsell me but did take the time to explain what he would recommend out of the options available. Called for first time on a service for our A/C unit which we were aware of some of the issues prior to the call. Came out on a Sunday following a Saturday call. Absolutely amazed by that and the fact it wasn’t up charged for weekends or made into an emergency call out. Jake was the service tech and was very polite and professional. I believe the general assessment of our problem was very accurate. They had pictures to document their findings. I will say there was some sticker shock to the prices but I feel they were appropriate for the current market. We have follow up work to do and we’ll see if the excellent service continues.
